CCI Creations “Your Day” Package
This package is for the bride and groom who have already planned their wedding day, but
want peace of mind that someone will be there to care for all of the details they have worked
so hard to plan. Relax, and enjoy your special day and let us worry about the details!One month before your wedding we obtain vendor contracts from you to familiarize ourselves
with every vendor, and to confirm delivery dates, time, locations, services contracted for, etc.We develop your wedding day itinerary and distribute it to appropriate wedding party
members and vendors. We attend the wedding rehearsal to ensure all participants understand
their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony.On your wedding day we:
- Coordinate all vendor set-ups at the ceremony and reception site to ensure your vision
is implemented properly.- Ensure wedding rings and marriage license are on hand.
- Oversee all details before the ceremony and reception including:
- Placement of the guest book, programs, and altar items, place cards, menu cards,
decorations, favors, etc.- Ensure all bouquets and boutonnieres are distributed
- Line-up the wedding party for ceremony and introductions to reception
- Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to musicians, officiant, etc.
- Assist you and the family with any matters that may arise
- Provide a bridal emergency kit
