- Budget planning assistance – We listen to the needs of the couple and show them
how to allocate their assets to cover all of the expenses normally incurred while
planning a wedding. This allows them to prioritize on the things most important to
them, and save money in areas they choose to.- Vendor coordination and follow-up - We provide a short list of reliable local vendors
who offer good service at prices that fit their style and price range, and follow-up
with contracted vendors to ensure a smooth delivery of service on the day of the
event.- Wedding agenda preparation/timeline layout - provide a timeline of important
wedding day tasks, for all members of the wedding party to insure all parties are
present and accounted for at all events throughout the day. Provide ceremony
agenda and itinerary for reception to wedding party members and vendors.- Reception site layout – Provide a room layout for reception site, with guest seating
detail, catering table and entertainment setup plans.- Detail finalization and last minute changes –Ensure last minute changes are
