- Initial consultation with the bride and groom
- Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g. on wedding etiquette) as required
- Budget Preparation

- Preparation of schedule timelines and checklists
- Assistance with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assistance with selection and booking of an officiate for the wedding
- Assistance with color scheme, theme and design
- Assistance with design, addressing and mailing of the invitations
- Assistance tracking RSVPs and attendees
- Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories
- Assistance with finding, negotiating with and booking reliable vendors
(e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, etc.)- Review of vendor contracts for coordination issues
- Provide marriage license and other legal document information
